Yes, TRINITY is certified HALAL according to international recognised Halal standards by JAKIM Malaysia.

For optimum results, we strongly recommend taking one sachet daily.

 Optional: To observe more immediate results, you may take 2 sachets daily for the first 30 days, followed by one sachet daily as maintenance.

TRINITY Skin Collagen contains collagen peptides that are already hydrolyzed to be absorbed into your body. So, you do not need to take collagen on an empty stomach to obtain the benefits. Whenever you like to take it is up to you!

As TRINITY contains ingredients that can be readily absorbed into our body, you can take it any time of the day whenever you like as long as you remember to take it everyday. Remember, Consistency is key!

Although TRINITY is made of 100% safe and natural ingredients, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before consuming any dietary supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Most people begin to notice skin improvements in 30 days. For the best results, we recommend taking TRINITY consistently for at least 3 months as it works best with a longer duration. TRINITY can be your lifelong everyday routine to improve skin health.

Allergy relating to collagen

Shellfish and fish are biologically different. TRINITY is formulated with fish collagen which does not contain shellfish protein allergens and is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. 

 

Allergy relating to astaxanthin
You may have learned that some astaxanthin products are from shrimp source and may cause allergic reactions to individuals with shellfish allergy. Please be assured that our patented astaxanthin ingredient is sourced from microalga (Haematococcus pluvialis), hence being safe and ideal for those with shellfish allergy.

 

However, if you are allergic to fish, TRINITY would not be suitable for you. We strongly recommend everyone to take precautions when taking our products. If you start experiencing any allergic reactions, please stop taking the product and consult a healthcare professional.

Based on clinical studies, the positive effects of TRINITY Skin Collagen persisted even 4 weeks after the last date of consumption. This may vary between individuals, depending on one’s lifestyle and dietary habits. We suggest to continue taking TRINITY to maintain desirable skin results.

No. In fact, TRINITY collagen peptides are low in calories (only 26kCal per serving), and are high in protein!

Both males and females starting from age 12 and above can safely consume TRINITY.

Astaxanthin will provide adequate sun protection in general day-to-day indoor activities. However, it should not be used as a replacement for sunscreen. Therefore, we recommend using a sunscreen that will protect against both UVA and UVB rays if you are planning to be under prolonged sun exposure.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. A payment confirmation would be sent immediately to your email via Payex.

You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped. Please ensure to check your Spam/Promotion Folder in case our email went to there.

Shopping at Supplee Nutrition is easy.

  1. Sign up & login to our site.
  2. On our shop page, click on ‘Add to Cart’ for the item you wish to purchase.
  3. To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the ‘Quantity’ column.
  4. To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ icon, located at the top right of the page.

When you are ready to checkout:

  1.  Once you have reviewed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  2.  Fill in all necessary details and make sure your delivery address is correct.
  3. Click ‘PAY VIA PAYEX’.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and make your payment.

You will receive a payment confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Payex.

Shipping & Returns

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY for all orders above RM 100.

For orders less than RM 100, shipping cost are as below: –  

i) West Malaysia – RM7.00
ii) East Malaysia – RM15.00

All orders will be processed in 1 – 3 business days. Once processed, orders will be fulfilled by our Courier Partners.

Shipping by our Courier Partners will take approximately:

West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 3-5 business days

To get the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information sent to your email. Do check your Spam/Promotion Folders in your email if you did not receive an email after 3 business days from placing an order.

All requests for returns are subject to Supplee Nutrition approval. Should you wish to make a return request, kindly contact us at hello@supplee.co within 7 days from the date which you received your item(s), and provide your order number, email address, and the reason to return item(s).

Supplee Nutrition will provide returns for the following reasons only:

  1. Incorrect item(s) received
  2. Defective item(s) upon receiving
  3. Allergic reactions caused by any ingredients in selected product(s).
